I cannot thank you enough for all you did for me with regard to the job in my home at 26 Jad Court, Plainview, New York.
In the past, your company has performed many jobs in the buildings managed by Mark Greenberg Real Estate Co., LLC and I received numerous phone calls from owners letting me know the excellent experience they had with your staff and the work that was performed.
Now that I have had a firsthand experience, I wanted to be sure lo let you know that Frank Palmer and Rich Lybaert were really so pleasant, .professional and reliable, it was really a pleasure to deal with them.
I also have lo tell you that Joe Velez, who actually installed the windows and the very large terrace door in my home, was really fantastic. The work that Joe performed was really amazing and when he left everything was absolutely impeccable. Joe was a pleasure to deal with, from his outstanding workmanship, professional, he was ·reliable and has such a pleasant mannerism. I really cannot put on paper how fantastic he was but I do hope this letter gets my point across as he was really exceptional.
