Dear Mr. Giugliano,
I want to thank you for the great windows your company has replaced. The building has retained the heat in the winter, there are absolutely no drafts it also keeps the air conditioning unit work less in the summertime. We have had a 20% decreases in noise level and the windows are very simple to clean, just flip in tab.
Once again I like to thank you for such a well-done job.
