In the Fall of 2004, Kelly Window Systems commenced a complete window installation project at a 26-building 2-story garden apartment complex in Bellerose, Queens for one of our co-ops. The project encompassed replacement of 3,200 windows in four hundred (4OO) occupied residential co-op apartments and was successfully completed by January 2005. The Board of Directors are pleased with the manner in which Kelly Windows Systems scheduled and performed their installations with minimal inconveniences to the residents.
The entire process, from the preparation of the contract to the final window installation, was professionally handled every step of the way. The Board continues to receive compliments from residents of the window selected, which was manufactured by Kelly Window Systems. The windows are a quality product that has already provided residents with energy benefits, as well as, eliminates noise pollution.
